Membership
Support the preventive movement by becoming a member. This society represents your interests in a stable health care system, regardless of your field of specialisation.
Members are divided into 3 sections: academic and non-academic (health care) professions, and sustaining members. The following memberships are possible:
- Members of the “academic (health care) professions” section can, for example, be doctors, dentists, pharmacists, dietetics experts, educationists, and sports scientists.
Annual membership fee: 100 Euro
- Members of the “non-academic (health care) professions” section can,for example, be therapists, physiotherapists, and dieticians.

The international health care network for preventive medicine offers you
- Advanced training in preventive medicine
- Participation in an international forum of experts for preventive medicine
By accepting the offer you receive
- A quarterly newsletter with many items and facts on preventive medicine
- Access to a therapist hotline for scientific queries and therapy concepts
GAP offers individual members
- Monthly newsletter
- Comprehensive range of medical training seminars
- Participants in seminars receive a constantly-updated information folder, with tips, news and practical notes
- Free use of a forum of experts
- Therapeutic support in medical questions from the field of preventive medicine
- Legal advice from associated lawyers
GAP offers corporate members
- The International Society for Preventive Medicine (GAP) allows your affiliated corporate partners to execute scientific studies and therapeutic observations, in accordance with GCP criteria, within this international cooperation network
- Data collected is made available and published for the international expert forum
- If desired, companies are awarded a seal of approval following a successful quality check by the International Society for Preventive Medicine (GAP)
